After Rugby training

assalamualaikum,  this is my first post for year 2009 in this blog! (i think so lah) i've been quite busy with stuffs.  and i don't like it. i prefer goyang kaki, :P heheh.

Plus, i got ampus :( while playing touch rugbeh.. twice! once was on monday and the second time was yesterday. Maybe, i was to tired and yeah not fit enough. Plus, the last time i got attack was long long time ago when..i was in primary school, i think. :( and hey, tomorrow gonna see the doctor! :( 

And one thing, there will be a rugby match (for female sharks) against ISB. im not coming cause i'm in KB. I do not know when i'll be back to hostel.
